  • CREATE YOUR WILL NOW

Let’s create your Will…

Our form has been designed to be as simple as possible to complete, and takes most people around 10 minutes to answer the questions – but take as long as you need. You can always save your progress (pop off for a cup of tea ☕) and return to the form later.

Before we begin, we need to ask you three quick questions to ensure that making a Will online is right for you. Please continue…

Do you live in England or Wales?*
Is everything you own in the UK?*
Are you over 18 years of age?*
I can confirm I am making this Will for myself.*
Read our Terms of Business here

You have answered “No” to one or more of the above questions.
Sadly, we can only provide this service to those who live (and have assets) in England and Wales only, and to those over the age of 18. This does not mean we cannot help, we may be able to arrange a video call. Please contact us today if you would like further information.

Thank you for answering these quick pre-questions, you can now continue on with the form.

Step 1 of 11

Let’s start by finding out more about you…
Date of Birth*
Address (we will post your Will here)*

Step 2 of 11

Children

Please use this section to tell us if you have any children, step-children or if your partner has any children. We need to know about them, even if you are planning to exclude any of them from your Will (which you can tell us more about towards the end of this form).

Do you have any children/ step-children?*
First Name Surname Relationship to you Actions

There are no Children.

Maximum number of children reached.

Step 3 of 11

Your marital status?*
Partner's Date of Birth*

Step 4 of 11

Executor

An Executor is someone you name to follow the instructions within your Will, when you pass away. They are responsible for distributing your estate to your beneficiaries and your Executor can also benefit from your Will, if you would like them to. You can have more than one Executor if you wish, who can all work together or independently.

Would you like your spouse/ partner to be the first Executor?*
Would you like to add a reserve Executor?*
First Name Surname Your relationship to this Executor? Actions

There are no Executors.

Maximum number of executors reached.

Step 5 of 11

Guardian Information

If you have children, and both parents pass away whilst they are under 18 years of age, you should name Guardians to take care of them for you. The Guardians can be named in your Will. If you have any specific ways in which you would like your Guardians to raise your children, you could write these in a signed ‘Letter of Wishes’ to them, which you can produce and keep with your Will.

Would you like to add a Guardian?*
Address Guardian 1*
Would you like to add another Guardian?*
Address Guardian 2*
How would you like Guardian 2 to act?*

Step 6 of 11

Gift of money

In this section you can leave a specific gift of money to an individual. If you choose not to leave a gift of money to someone, your money and possessions will all come together and will be distributed to your beneficiaries in the upcoming ‘Residue Estate’ section. If you would like to leave a gift of money to Charity, do not enter the details here – there will be a section coming up for this.

Would you like to leave a sum of money to an individual?*
First Name Surname Gifted amount Actions

There are no Money Gifts.

Maximum number of money gifts reached.

Step 7 of 11

Charity Gifts

In your Will you can leave a gift of money to Charity. If you would like to leave a gift of money to Charity, you will need to enter the Charities name and also their registered Charity number (which can be found on the Charities website).

Would you like to leave a gift of money to Charity?*
Charity Name Registered Charity Number How much would you like to leave to this Charity? Actions

There are no gifts to Charites.

Maximum number of gifts to charites reached.

Step 8 of 11

Gift of a specific item

In your Will you can leave a specific item to an individual. If you choose not to leave a gift to someone, your money and possessions would all come together and will be distributed to your beneficiaries in the upcoming ‘Residue Estate’ section.

Would you like to gift a specific item to an individual?*
First Name Surname Relationship to you Gift description Actions

Step 9 of 11

Reside

The Residue is everything you own (excluding any money or gifted items you listed earlier in this form). Your remaining Estate comes together when you die and is distributed to your chosen beneficiaries. The distribution of the Residue Estate needs to add up to 100%. We always recommend adding at least one reserve beneficiary, just incase your main beneficiary(s) has predeceased you.

Is your spouse/ partner to receive the residue of your Estate first?*
If your spouse/ partner has died before you, who would you like to be your reserve beneficiary's*
If you select ‘Your children’ or ‘Your children and then to their children’, we will name your children in the Will.
Who are your beneficiaries?*

First Name Surname Relationship to you Percentage of Estate to this beneficiary Actions

Step 10 of 11

Funeral Wishes

In your Will you can specify your funeral wishes. We always recommend telling your family if you have a preference, as the Will may not be seen until after the funeral has taken place.

Choose from one of the options below*

Step 11 of 11

Exclusion

If you wish to exclude a direct family member (such as a child or step-child) from your Will, you must name them below and not simply leave them out. We would also highly recommend that you produce a signed letter to your Executors with your reasons for excluding the individual(s) and ensure this is kept with your Will (not attached).

Please note: Excluding someone from your Will does not mean they can not contest your Will.

Would you like to exclude someone from your Will?*
Would you like to exclude another person from your Will?*
Clear Signature
*Please note: This is not the signing of your Will, you will need to sign the Will in pen when you receive it from us in the post.
You’re almost there!
Finally, would you like us to contact you about arranging a Lasting Power of Attorney?*

Will Payment

The Will is professionally bound and posted out to you within 7 days. You will then need to sign the Will in front of two witnesses (we will provide instructions on how to do this).
